Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Window
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.

ALL RETURN POSTAGE IS PAID AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE

Return Steps

  • Complete the Returns Form: Fill out the returns form. If you didn't receive one in your package, please contact us to receive an e-mail version. Be sure to include:
    • Your order number (from your confirmation email)
    • Your full name
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Prepare the Item(s): Ensure items are returned in their original condition:
    • Original packaging with tags attached
    • Unworn, unwashed, and free from marks
    • Free from perfume, makeup, smoke, and pet hair

International Returns

For returns from outside the UK, please clearly mark the customs form as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, processing takes up to 14 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund or exchange has been completed.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are sent free of charge for the replacement item.

Return Conditions

  • Late Returns: Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
  • Condition Requirements: Items not meeting return standards may incur a cleaning fee of £10 or may be refused.
  • Responsibility: We recommend using tracked shipping and retaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
